Our adult training (ages 15 and up) is aimed to find the deeper meaning of traditional karate and Okinawan weaponry. From the very first class students will be immersed in a active exploration and analysis of martial technique, practical self defense, and life extending physical training that burns as much as 700 calories per session. This program is not designed for sport, but rather is designed to help the student find a holistic sense of peace, and confidence in their daily life.
