a.       Stance #1 – Heisoku Dachi (closed toe stance)

c.       Stance #3 – Heiko Dachi (parallel stance)

d.      Stance #4 – Hachiji Dachi (ready stance)

e.       Stance #5 – Naihanchi Dachi (hour glass stance)

f.        Stance #6 – Shiko Dachi (straddle-leg stance)

g.       Stance #7 – Kiba Dachi (Horse stance)

h.      Stance #8 – Zenkutsu Dachi (forward stance)

i.         Sance #9 – Kokutsu Dachi (back Stance)

4.  Te Waza

a.   A demonstration of Seiken Zuki (fore-fist punch)

 i.      Strike with the two big knuckles

 ii.      Wrist should be massugu (straight)

iii.      Elbow must go itchoku sen (in a straight line)

iv.      Fist turns over at the shimai made (at the end) of the punch

 b.      Demonstrate proper kime (focus)

 i.  Jodan Zuki – High punch

ii.  Chudan Zuki – Center punch

iii.  Gedan Zuki – Low punch

iv.  Jodan Oi Zuki – Stepping high punch (zenkutsu dachi)

v.  Chudan Oi Zuki – Stepping center punch

vii.  Migikae Zuki – Jab in kokutsu dachi

viii.  Gyaku Zuki – Reverse punch (kokutsu dachi to a zenkutsu dachi using full hip action)
